OS11 Files app on iPad launches wrong app when ...

When I open the Files app and select a Pages or Numbers document the Google Drive app is launched and prompts me to save it to my account.  I have attached a screen shot of what happens.  I deleted the Google Drive App and all  behaviors return to normal.  Pages docs open in Pages App, etc.  However, when I re-downloaded the Google Drive app the incorrect behavior returned.   I think this might be a bug.  Should I be reporting this somewhere specific?
