How can I reapply

Hey, so I applied to apply about a year and a half ago, got no response whatsoever, I had no experience at all as it would be my first job so was not expecting much anyways and managed to get a job at Argos pretty soon after so I forgot about the application. Now my store is closing and after being there a year and a half I have good amount of experience with customers and came across the job advertisement for specialist for apple. I tried to apply but because of my previous application I cannot reapply as I was never officially declined it is still in the processing/decision stage. I have tried so hard to find a way to contact apple but their very specific support categories do not support my issue. I basically need the old application to be declined or taken off somehow so I can reapply.

I know most place do not allow reapplication within 3-6 months but surely a year and a half is enough. Plus I've thought of just making a new account but then all my details will still flag up as exactly the same except the email address.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also could someone find the correct community for me to post this in, as once again my issue does not fit in anywhere, I'm using my MacBook pro so just put it under Macbook category for now.

You reapply exactly the same way you applied originally. Your previous resume should still be on file.

I don't believe that Apple has any time limitations on reapplying.
