Late 2013 wont recognize Hard Drive

Hi,

the process of installing Sierra on my Macbook Pro 15" Retina late 2013 failed.

Unfortunately the HD is not recognized properly anymore.

From time to time the HD shows up but i am unable to install the OS.

I've manually exchanged the HD and could make sure that the problem is not the HD.

Is it possible to exchange the HD cable on a MBP late 2013?

I could not find any tutorials.

Also it is pretty much impossible getting an appointment at a Genius Bar.

Unfortunately i don't have warrenty anymore.

The Laptop cost me over 2500€ and i am pretty much disappointed that it is already

failing me after roughly 4 years.

Any help is appreciated.
