iOS11 is killing my iPhone 6s. It does a better job as a brick then a phone right now. How can I downgrade to iOS10?

I have tried this one How to Downgrade iOS 11 to iOS 10.3.2 on iPhone and iPad but I keep getting an error in iTunes "Declined to authorize this image on this device for this user"
