Help, I somehow made a mistake.

I already had my thumb rested on the home button which read my finger when I accidentally touched on something that made a purchase.. I took my finger off as fast as I could, but it didn't work. I just wanna make sure I can get refunded or don't get charged for it. 

Have a look here: Get help with an item purchased from the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store - Apple Support ... I think that basically you need to contact the support, explain the situation and hope that they will refund you.

If you get a bill then you would have been charged.
