New itunes update many troublesome!!!

Hi, i manage multiple ipads..around 300++..i see new itunes update don't have apps store at itunes..before this i download apps via itunes..get the .ipa file from itunes and install to all ipad using apple configurator 2..now i can't donwload .ipa file at itunes and install to all my ipad using apple configurator 2..anybody know how to fix this problem and how to get .ipa file on mac?this new itunes give me stress to install apps to al my ipad..help me ..thank you..
