ISP disconnection

Hey guys, I have had this problem with my mac/router and how it keeps on disconnecting me from the internet, but it happens with every router/Wifi/Modem I connect to. The first Wifi I connected to was my home Wifi but it had a it's country code set for DE (Germany), well thats what happened when I did the scan on wireless diagnostics. But now it keeps on disconnecting of every wifi I keep going on, just randomly. I have just gotten a new laptop due to kernel panic. But i have been trying to fix this problem for 9 months and i have no idea whats the problem anymore, and BTW on the modem i checked and the modem said that it's region is NZ which is what i want.

So, who is your ISP? And are you able to connect to their network?

My ISP is Vodafone, and yes i can connect to my internet.
