Watch gen 1 came apart

My gen 1 series 0 Apple Watch back came apart and off the Watch front when I took it off the charger. I pushed it back on but then later it did it again and it's just dangling off a small wire. I heard something about a recall. Who do I call on this?

There has been no recall. You can make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store to have the device examined. It is up to Apple what they will do, but they are the final judge. Apple does not participate here, this is a user to user support forum. If you are not close to an Apple Store, you can use the Contact Support link at the top right of the pages here and schedule a mail-in support. Apple will explain your options from there.
