safari browser crashes suddenly in ipod(ios6)

Browsers either safari or chrome is crashing suddenly on ipod ios 6 . I have tried all the options such as clearing cookies, removing javascript, clearing history, autofill etc. Also I have reset network settings, even I have erase all contents and settings, even then browsers are crashing unexpectedly. I have no option to upgrade to ios 9

I think it has something to do with iCloud. I setup my ipad 2 with ios6, but as soon as I logged into iCloud, safari started crashing. Did a full reset (Settings > General > Reset > Erase all content and settings), left iCloud alone (didn't signed in), no more crashes. So I'm using it without iCloud.

Even crashes when ur signed into iCloud and not using Safari sync.
