Move iTunes Apple Music to a new account

Hi All,

I have moved country and want to move from one iTunes account to another (with Apple Music subscription).

I have some issues moving my music from my current account to a new account. In the old account, i was using apple music. I understand that i will lose my apple music downloads when moving accounts and will need to download them again. however, the music i used to own (apple purchases and previously ripped music), i need to transfer them too.

I downloaded them first to my computer (about 40gb), then logged off my old iTunes account, then log into a new account. The old music successfully uploaded to the icloud music library. however, the play counts and ratings have disappeared. Is there a way to get those back? I am happy to manually adjust the play counts and ratings if needed. I tried using an applescript to change the play count. But it doesn't "stick" and it just gets reset back using the iCloud music library.

Also, is there a way to bypass the 90 day account lock window in my computer? i want to check my old account and download some items i have left from my previous account.

Any suggestions/recommendations is appreciated.
