Nudge to grid

I have thousands of small audio regions that I need to be able to scoot around quickly while also aligning the region start with the grid. I can do this with the mouse just fine, my question is how to use the nudge key commands so that they nudge to the grid first and then by the specified division. I want perfect alignment with the grid, not just changing the resolution of the nudge constantly to eyeball it. Having "snap to absolute value" enabled has no impact on nudging. I need to spend no more than a couple seconds moving each note, and I need to do it without a mouse. Essentially, I need to be able to 'nudge to absolute values'.
