iTunes grayed

Several songs, but one in particular, are consistently gray-ed out in iTunes. Here are the facts:

- problem exists both on iOS and OS X (most up-to-date versions of both as of this post)

- song noted in screenshot

- song downloaded from an active, effective Apple Music account

- have downloaded and re downloaded song many times

- song DOES play from iTunes Apple music streaming, but not from library

- checked wifi connection, not the problem

- works sometimes, not other times

- notice in screenshot there is no option to download the song

Anyone have any experience w/ this?
