When TM disk is full will I eventually lose fil...

If I delete  Photos on my Mac will time machine keep them after the time machine disk is full or will I lose the photos ?

Time Machine is not a long term storage. It well delete it self automatically as it runs out of space.

As stated in the Time Machine section of System Preferences:

"The oldest backups are deleted when your disk becomes full"

So your deleted photos from your Mac will eventually be deleted from your time machine disk once the disk is full and that backup is the oldest one. It will be deleted to make room for the latest backup.
