Cellular shown as "not in use"

Playing around with my new Apple Watch 3 with LTE and noticed in the watch app on my iPhone -> Cellular, I see my Verizon account is listed as "not in use". On my Apple Watch it states no Cellular Plan. My WatchOS version is 4.0.1
