Time Machine Restore Problem

Hello,

I am trying to restore a Photos folder from a time machine back up. We have our photos stored on an external drive, but backed up through the Time Machine on our Time Capsule. I can find the backed up folder through time machine but when I try to restore it on to my desktop it says "The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items."

On the file, it says I have "Read & Write" permissions but still will not allow (See photo). Please, any advice would be very much appreciated.
