MacBook Stuck On Boot Loop

Hoping someone can help me out!

Last night I was using my MacBook and the screen just turned black, I then did I hard shut down.

 

When I tried turning it back on the Apple logo and progress bar were in low resolution. It got half way then turn to a completely grey screen for a few minutes then the computer shut off. It then turned on again and the process repeated!

 

I’ve tried booting into safe mode and recovery mode but I can’t get into either.

I’ve also done the holding down option + command + R + P but that never made any difference.

 

Not sure what to do as never had any problems with it before!

I understand that your MacBook is not completing the startup process. Based on the troubleshooting you have completed, trying to start into safe mode or recovery mode, resetting NVRAM (Opt + Cmd + R + P), it would appear that your MacBook will need service.
