Select all the pages in Finder then select Print or Burn ...

If you're talking about word documents. Easiest thing to do is open them all in preview and use 'Save as PDF...' from the 'File > Print' function. Which well create a PDF of all the documents together.

You can see in the preview screenshot I have '(3 documents, 6 total pages)' and it lets me create a 6 paged PDF with them.
