Windows 10 and iCloud

When I tried to install iCloud for Windows 10, I got the following error - "There is a problem with Windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or vendor."

 

I have a Dell XPS running Windows 10 with the latest updates installed. My intention is to synchronise Outlook Calendar and emails across my devices - Ipad, Iphone and Notebook
