notification toggles all off but still receivin...

I was hoping to turn off all activity updates on my series 2 apple watch with watch os4. All of my notification toggles are in the "off" position, but I am still receiving notifications. Any suggestions?

It may help to close the Watch app on your iPhone and then to restart both devices (normally), turning both off together and then restarting your iPhone first:

• Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support
