Seeing Mac mini on my iPhone.

Hello, why is it that at the bottom of safari on my iPhone, I'm seeing text thats saying my " "my name" Mac mini" and then its saying in text, whats on my computer at the moment? Does that mean they are synced? Can I stop that from happening? I noticed the other day that when my phone rang, it showed that on my Mac mini screen. Can I stop this connection? Thanks.
