refund unauthorized payment

I need a refund for an unauthorized payment!

Where are you seeing this 'unauthorised payment' ? If on your iTunes account's purchase history, and if neither you nor anybody you've given access to the account did it, you should contact iTunes Support (I assume that you've already changed the account's password). If it's only on your credit card (and if it's not a temporary store holding charge) you should contact the card issuer. If only on an email are you sure that it's not a phishing email ?
