To which operating system can I upgrade my late 2009 iMac equipped with OS.X. Lion 10.7.5?

El Capitan, or if desired, Mountain Lion, Mavericks, Yosemite, or Sierra. Once you’ve installed any of these, you can download High Sierra.

You should be able to upgrade to 10.13.
