popup keep popping

Optimum, a cable internet provider that I use, started to popup today.  I cannot stop it and it will not go away.  if closed will reappear after a few minutes.

I am running iMac 27" Core I5 3.4 GHz with 16 GB memory.  I wasn't aware that my Mac was updated to OS11.0 Today. it may be a coincidence but didn't notice if popups came before or after upgrade to 11.0  I ran Etrecheck and that came back normal.  I do have Time machine on, taking regular backups.

This popup keeps popping up, cannot stop it from disturbing me.   Any suggestions would be appreciated.   Thanks in advance.
