How do I get mail to receive both icloud and me...

I have xxx@icloud.com and xxx@me.com email addresses.  I can send from both but the xxx@me.com does not receive.  It is never bounced back and is shown as sent in the send file but it never arrives in my inbox.  I would be very grateful for a solution.

Clarification question - the 2 addresses are from the same Apple ID?

It sounds very stupid but I am not sure.  I think I might have changed my Apple ID in the past.  I only use one now.
