Fraud Email from noreply@reportaproblem.apple.com?
I just received an email saying that I purchased an app called CoPilot Premuim HD. I did not authorise this purchase so I was about to use the web link on the email to cancel the transaction when it asked me for my bank and card details. I decided to check if I had indeed purchased this app through looking at my purchase history on both itunes and the app store. There was no mention of the purchase. Then I checked my bank to see if the money was taken off, a whole 34.99 GBP. No money was taken off the account. Is this a fraudulent message trying to trick me to cancel the purchase and to give my card details?
It's a phishing email to try and get your account and payment details - forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.

If you clicked on the link and entered your account id and password then change your password immediately e.g. by logging into the account via the Account > View Account (Store > View Account on older versions of iTunes) menu option on your computer's iTunes, via the 'manage your apple id' button on https://appleid.apple.com , or by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone and logging into it - after changing it you may need to log out and back into the account on any iOS devices that you have.

I got charge. How I get my money back? I didn't authorized this.
Where are you seeing this 'charge' ? iTunes account's purchase history ? Credit card statement ? Email ? Phishing email ? If it shows on your iTunes account's purchase history, and if nobody else has access to the account and did it, you can contact iTunes Support via https://reportaproblem.apple.com (I assume that you've already changed the account's password)
