Sierra Mail.app missing headers
Hi,
After upgrading to macOS Sierra (10.12) and Mail.app 10.0 (3226) the headers of the newly delivered messages are missing. For some messages it is just the To/CC recipients:
For other messages - the Sender is missing as well, along with the Subject:
The headers are missing in preview mode and also when you open the message in its own window.
If you hit Reply All - only the Sender is included in the reply (all other recipients are omitted).
Restarting the Mail.app fixes the issue for already received messages, however once new messages are delivered - they also appear without headers.
Any ideas about this?
Thanks,
Georgi
Hi ,
Open mail & its preferences click on viewing and click on drop down arrows of show message header it should be default .
Another window appears select the link & click on minus sign and then on ok .

I have the same issue too. Do you use Office365 or is it a normal POP3/IMAP account?
It seems that the latest update 10.12.1 fixed this issue:
"Fixes an issue that may prevent Mail from updating when using a Microsoft Exchange account"
Actually 10.12.1 just partially solved this issue: now the header is partially working, having the first sender moved properly but the fields in cc: and object: of a new email are not moved if you don't restart Mail after you receive it.
I have same problem, using Office 365 account. I'm on 10.12.1
I have the same issue with 10.12.1 using an Exchange account. On MS Outlook 365 the headers are received. Restarting Mail.app solves the problem.
When trying to reply or reply all to an email with missing headers, sometimes also the subject is transferred empty, next to the missing recipients.

Thanks but it's really this the issue, it's already set on default there and, if I choose "ad hoc" the window that is opened is already empty.
Do not use exchange account , so can't continue
This happens to me as well. Doesnt matter if I uninstall MailButler. Im restarting Mail several times a day now. Considering moving to an alternate client. The 'fix' from Apple did nothing. Rediculous.
