I cannot add attachments to email within the iO...

Since updating to iOS 11 I am not able to add attachments (e.g., MS Word doc) to an email within the iOS 11 Mail App.  I was able to do this in iOS 10.  Currently, the only way I can add an attachment is to open Word to the document that I want to send and then click on the mail function which brings up the Mail app and with a blank message including the attached file.  I then can enter the text of my email and send.  This seems like a step backwards in iOS 11. Anyone else have this issue?

I can send any doc that's in the Files app. I don't use Word so can't help you on that level.
