Apple email not working on other clients

Prior to around June of this year i have had my icloud email address setup on outlook on my windows pc along with on the mail app on my android phone, after this point i can no longer recieve any messages.

On multiple occasions i've tried changing the server settings manually and tried remaking the account on the email client but it fails.

When i try on outlook, i get no further than inputting in the server settings.

On android, i get told my password is incorrect (it isnt).

Also, i've tried to make an app specific password but could not find how to.

Any ideas?
