itunes extra charge

Does anyone know why when i buy things off itunes they charge me an extra $3.38 on top of the price?

Applicable taxes ...

"Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; such sales tax is based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you download the product. We will charge tax only in states where digital goods are taxable."

I have the same amount deducted twice this month from my Credit card saying from iTunes Music. I don't buy music.

It does not show up in my iTunes account .

I'm in Qld .  Has anyone got an explanation.
