ios 10.2.1 cant connect apple watch

I don't know why I've tried to connect my ip 6s with my Apple Watch , but it couldn't . In my phone which couldn't upgrade new IOS 

I don't know , can you help me please! . I just bought new Watch but I couldn't use it right now
