Writing an effective Apple Support Communities question

advanced mac appeared on my computer after a apple software update. I called them, I knew it was bogus, so i called them to ask if they were a part of apple. Well, from what i heard was yes, until I starting acting a little smarter. point is they wanted remote access and  I told them they were crazy.  i would have paid for apple service. Aggravating that a billion dollar company can't answer a question with a telephone. Your right the new age will change, but it always diverts back, like music and clothes. People don't understand history, they look at everything as awful. We take history to learn from mistakes so we don't repeat those again. Tearing something down does not make you stronger, Its learning from what tore those things apart in the past better, so we don't act like these crazy people. I have a mental ******** brother I helped my mother raise until about 13 years. Holy crap I have never expressed any thing in my life. People don't understand my brother, and all he wants to know is your name and be your friend. everyone loves him and does not look at his color because of his mind. ( people call handicap) I call him my brother. HE works for the largest communication company. Oh yea forgot, he has not missed any days in 20 years and we call them special. NO normal person can't go to work and not play hooky. OH he works for th 4th largest communication company which you guys have not looked at. I have no idea what i have typed or done but it was fun expressing goodbye
