Rearranging your playlist on Apple Music

Rearranging my playlist on Apple Music is not working. I can add music to my playlist whether it's on iTunes or my iPhone however when I go to move a song around in my playlist once I click "Done" it will not save the order. So frustrating as Spotify works seamlessly between all devices. I can add, delete, and rearrange songs all within my playlist whether on a mobile device or on my pc and it will reflect these changes on all devices immediately .. On my iPhone this will not work, once the playlist is created the songs take it's own order.
