MacBook Pro Early 2008 Strange Weird Sound

As is showed on the video in this link: https://youtu.be/oNfazZaxObs my Early 2008 MacBook Pro reproduce a weird sound from the speakers.

It only sound when I reproduce music or the system reproduce any sound.

Any clue on how to fix it? Thanks!
