Defective product in box pathetic aftersale ser...

How do i go about it. 

There has been my case where i received a laptop with two markings on the top of laptop. I had to get it replaced in warrenty.

 Where i also had to change keyboards. Apparently the service centre couldn't fix the issue they made another one,by breaking my right fan. And then silently repairing it. 

Now again the issue has started of the fan where it won't run at all. Now the incompetent apple. Instead of accepting that the product is and will be defective and replacing it.

They are constantly denying replacement. And also refusing to solve the issues regarding incompetence of theirs.
