I have no way of doing this

Yeah like getting thru this is a needle in a hey stack. That's why I am here in the 1st place. I tried all that. I ended up here! I have no way of fetching a serial no. I just want Apple to Close the Device PERMENENTLY!!!!

Please explain why you cannot turn on lost mode and erase or lock your iPhone using the instructions in the link provided by Michael Black. You can do this using any computer.

If you have a passcode on the device it is not accessible to anyone but Apple and the original owner of the device for any reason anyone can give, legitimate or otherwise.

If you did not enable a passcode then this security feature will not apply itself later

If you enabled Find My Phone you can send a message or remotely wipe the device

if you did not enable Find My Phone then this security feature will not apply itself later.

the age old adage close the stable door after the horse has bolted still applies today and for good reason.

As explained in the link I provided to you, Apple is not going to do anything. Apple does not get involved with lost or stolen personal property at all.

If you cannot get the serial number from iTunes or the box the phone came in, then you’re stuck.

I just want to chat w/ an Apple advisor. Like a needle in a hey stack!!!!
