G mail address problem

I cannot receive mail at one of my two email addresses.  iMac, two iPads and two iPhones suddenly cannot find my google email account. This seems to be only me trying to send a message to myself.  I still receive emails to that address from 3rd parties.   I unistalled and reinstalled this google email address on all five devices and still get the msg  "Delivery Status Notification "   "Address not found".

My other Google email address set up identical way with no problems. 

I also have a iCloud account with this address.  Completely baffled.
