How do I create a group under one name and not ...

I am used to outlook express where you can create a group of emails under a name of an organization and not show the email addresses. Now in Mac Mail I seem unable to do this, I also am using two different email addresses one for me and one for the group I am trying to create.

I feel like an idiot because I can't figure it out and the mac people dont use mac mail themselves so I doubt they can help me. I will be upgrading to sierra soon and they "think" it will have mail enhancements. Any ideas? Thanks
