iCloud page with old email address appears

I had to change my email address some time ago. I use the new one to sign in to my account which is fine. But, every time I switch on my PC I'm presented with the iCloud sign in page with the old email address in the box which I can't change. It won't accept my password. Does anyone have any idea how I can stop this page appearing every time the computer starts up?

Have you tried signing out and then back in with the updated address?
