Change annual music subscription to family subs...

I have an annual Apple Music Subscription for $99 that will expire in Jul 2018.

I would like to upgrade now to an Apple Family Music Subscription for $14.99/mo.

Is there a way I can accomplish this by getting either a credit refund for the unused annual subscription, a gift card or perhaps future payment credit for the Family Subscription?
