XSRF detected [ cookie missing }

When I am trying to log in to my domain host site  ... I can not log in. I get a white screen with 'XSRF detected [ cookie missing ] in top left corner. This happens in both Safari and Firefox, but NOT in Chrome browser. I can log in ok using Chrome.  I am using 27" iMac retina 5K Sierra 10.12.6      Contacted host site - they say its a local issue...Contacted Apple Care too just to see if they had any ideas ) they didn't ). Don't know what to do.  If anyone can help please don't be too technical in your reply :-)
