my iWatch is frozen and not paired with my iPho...

iWatch is locked and frozen.   Not paired with iPhone any more.   How do I master reset it?

Powering down is not solving this issues.   Seems to be frozen.

Try doing a force restart:

Press and hold the Digital Crown and side button for at least 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo.
