Can i delete all items from my Activity Monitor...
is there a way i can do this, to delete many items at once , and my Mac Book pro 2009 still Run Better ?
You can use the 'kill' command in Terminal to kill a process, but I would not recommend killing a process unless you are very familiar with what it is doing at the risk of harming your computer.
