Disable Thumbnail view

Hi Team,

I have a question about disabling the thumbnail view of icons (source file) while accessing the file from the app.

For example, I have Adobe Photoshop or Preview open and then I click on File> Open and on this finder window, all the image icons thumbnails can be viewed (Along with the source image).

However, I have already unchecked the option "Show icon preview" from Actions in Finder.

This issue appears only while accessing the files from the applications.

Please suggest.
