Apps section doesnt show on Itunes

Recently, I bought my first Iphone. I downloaded itunes from apple. But in Itunes I can't find apps , only music, videos and podcast. But I have seen watching apps from their pc on itunes.

Apps are not part of iTunes 12.7, they've been removed from the current version - management (including buying) of apps is now done directly on each iOS device.
