iphone 8 plus music

Just set up new iphone 8 plus last night. Used itunes and manually manage music to add some albums.

I can see them all in itunes, but if i look in my library, artists, on my iphone, only two are listed. If i look in my albums on the iphone, all the artists are there, and each track from each artist is listed as a separate album.

any suggestions?
