How do i get the Apple music on my phone

I have Apple music, and a Family sharing plan. When i go to the gym, and use iTunes on my iPhone 5S, I can't see the music I downloaded. I would like to listen to my library while working out.

I understand you are not seeing the Apple music you downloaded to your iPhone 5s.   Did you see the music on your device directly after you downloaded it?  The resource below provides some troubleshooting steps for this issue:

Get help with iCloud Music Library
 

If you can’t see iCloud Music Library on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

First, restart your iOS device. 

If you still can't see it after the restart:

1. Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back on.
2. Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.

 

Turn iCloud Music Library off, then on again

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

1. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it off.
2. Close Settings. 
3. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it on.

On your Mac or PC:

1. Open iTunes.
2. Mac: From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose iTunes > Preferences and turn off iCloud Music Library.
   Windows: From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Edit > Preferences and turn off iCloud Music Library.
3. Close Preferences.
4. Mac: From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose iTunes > Preferences and turn on iCloud Music Library.
   Windows: From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Edit > Preferences and turn on iCloud Music Library.

If you have content downloaded to your device for offline listening, it deletes from your device when you turn off iCloud Music Library. After you turn iCloud Music Library back on, you can redownload the content.
