Can I restrict iCloud Email to specific people?

Well... I guess I just asked to question in the header. My first time here so I'm just figuring it out.

I want to be able to restrict my iCloud email account to receive emails only from specific emails addresses/people. Can I do that and if so how? Any help would be "gratefully received and faithfully applied"
