Watch update problems, face keeps switching, ca...

Just updated to new ios and watch update today 9/20/17.  I use modular watch face but it keeps automatically switching to an analog face now.  Also another feature I used alot now does not work regarding music control.  Normally I would play music from my watch and use the speaker on my phone.  Now the only option I have is to choose where to play music and it shows my car receiver as the only option?

watchOS 4.x includes the Now Playing app, which can be used to control playback of music via the iPhone's speaker.

 

The Now Playing app can be added to the watch face as a complication and/or added permanently to the Dock.

Switching watch faces

 

You appear to be describing the result of accidental watch face interactions.

 

Under the current version of watchOS, swiping from edge to edge across the watch face switches between different watch faces that have been added to the collection on your Apple Watch.

 

If you tend to only use one watch face, you may find it most convenient to remove any others from the collection on your Apple Watch, so that accidental swipes across the screen no longer select a different one.

 

Watch faces can be added back as and when desired, either directly on your Apple Watch or via the Watch app on your iPhone:

 

Hi, thank you for the detailed reply and the watch face solution seems to have been the trick.  As for the music option on the watch I do not see an option for "now playing" only "music" is available as the option?  Does the now playing feature have to be turned back on somehow after the update?
