Heart rate is missing in watchOS4

Hello!

I wanted to set up notifications when my heart rate is unusual high.
But now I discovered, that the entry "Heart Rate" is completely missing in the settings of the watch app.
On watch I can choose the app for having a look at my actual heart rate, but without the possibility to adjust any settings.

Anyone else facing this problem with the missing Heart Rate entry in watchOS4?

To configure the alert setting for the Heart Rate app:

• On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Heart Rate (scroll down to see this in the list of apps) > Elevated Heart Rate.

It may also help to check your settings:

• On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Privacy > turn on Heart Rate.
