Home Sharing Request Timed Out in iOS 11

Since upgrading all my iOS devices to iOS 11 I am having a Request Timed Out issue with Home Sharing Video.

Basically using the Video app and connecting to my Home Sharing MacMini (iTunes 12.7) I constantly get Request Timed Out errors that have never happened before.

This is ONLY happening from iOS 11 devices.  My Apple TV2 and iPhone 5 (10.3.3) are fine so its not iTunes 12.7 or my network or my video content.

I'm convinced its an iOS 11 issue.  Is anyone else seeing this at all.  Restarts of all devices and stop/start Home Sharing does not help.

Any tips, tricks or help is greatly appreciated or I guess I waiting for iOS 11.1 to be released(!)
